      On November 5, 2001 a rare National Court of Honor convened to bestow Medals of Heroism upon five Troop 2 scouts and four Assistant Scoutmasters. The medals were presented by District Director Richard Pelkey, District Executive Nikki Kristoffersen, and WLACC Program Director Derek Fortin.
